La mention reconnaissance est une distinction honorifique qui a pour but de reconnaître l’apport des membres à la Corporation des infirmières et infirmiers de salle d’opération du Québec (CIISOQ) ou ayant contribué à l’évolution d’un dossier en soins périopératoires. La compagnie Cardinal Santé s’est associée à la CIISOQ afin d’offrir aux récipiendaires en gage de reconnaissance, une plaque commémorative portant le logo de la CIISOQ, l’inscription « Mention reconnaissance », l’année et la raison de l’obtention.
Cette mention est décernée à un individu ou à un groupe, à tous les deux ans, lors des congrès provinciaux. |

The recognition mention is a distinctive award which aims to acknowledge the input of nurses who are members of the Corporation of Operating Room Nurses of Quebec (CORNQ) or who had contributed to the advancement of a perioperative care file. To acknowledge excellence, the Cardinal Santé Company, partnered with the CORNQ, will provide recipients with a commemorative plate with the CORNQ logo, the “recognition mention”, the year and the rationale of award achievement.
This mention is delivered every two years to an individual or a group at the provincial’s conferences. |
