La Corporation des infirmières de salle d’opération du Québec (CIISOQ) est heureuse de reconnaître les membres qui ont participé très activement à l’évolution de l’organisation et qui ont fait avancer les soins périopératoires. Leur implication peut avoir eu lieu au niveau régional, provincial ou national. Les récipiendaires du « Prix Victoire Audet Covidien » deviennent automatiquement membres honoraires lorsqu’ils terminent leur carrière en soins périopératoires. Cette distinction honorifique est décernée lors des congrès provinciaux. |

The Corporation of operating room Nurse of Quebec(CORNQ) is please to acknowledge the contribution of the members who were activily involved in the organizationand instrumental in the avancement of perioprerative nursing. Their involement could have been at any level regional, provincial or national. The recipient of the “Victoire Audet Covidien's Award” will automatically be granted the status of honorary member when retiring from perioperative nursing. CRITÈRES D’ÉLIGIBILITÉ:
- Avoir été membre de la CIISOQ
- Avoir terminé sa carrière en soins périopératoires.(i.e être retiré du réseau de la santé et recevoir ses prestations de la CARRA.

- Former CORNQ member
- Retired from perioperative nursing (i,e not working in the health care system and receiving CARRA benefit.

MISE EN CANDIDATURE
- Les candidatures doivent être présentées par le conseil d’administration provincial trois mois avant la date du congrès provincial.
- Les nominations se feront par le conseil d’administration.
- Le formulaire de mise en candidature doit être complétée et faire mention en détail du travail effectué par la candidate.

GUIDELINES
- The provincial board of directors must present candidature three months before the provincial Conference.
- The nomination wil be made by the board of directors.
- The apllication form must be completed and include a detailed account of the applicant experience.
